FHA Condo Guidelines to change on December 7th, 2009. This is an important reminder that if you have a condo in pending status, it's important to have your lender order the FHA case number no later than December 4th, 2009. After December 7th, it could be very difficult to get FHA approval on condos.
its a shame that financing is so difficult to get for a condo purchase. Condo's should be a good choice for firsttime homebuyers; instead they are the slowest portion of my local real estate market.
