I just read a story about Victor Vangelakos and his family living in a 32 story condo all by themselves. They are the only family that is occupying a unit in the Huge 32 Story Condo building. While the other buyers were able to swap contracts to buy a condo next door, Vangelakos and his family was unable to do so because their lender did not allow it. Read more here.
What do you think? What would you advise this family to do?

This looks like it could become a very interesting conversation. Never heard of this happening before. That's pretty amazing... :-)

Wow. Well at least they will can not complain about noisy neighbors.
What in God's name is this? I'm surprised that his lender even made the loan in the first place. What a nightmare.
Hi everyone, Thank you for stopping by.
C-Tann, this should make for some good conversation and "what if's"
Richard, the complex is fairly quiet, except for the late night swimmers that sneak into the condo to use the pool.
Tom, I thought the lender was nuts to finance something like this. This would definetly not be FHA approved in today's lending world.
This needs a little press and attention!
What the Heck!
Lisa,
isn't this crazy?
