Today I spent the day with two separate buyers... one looking for a condo and another looking for a single family home with enough room for her children to roam.
Today was certainly special because both buyers found homes that suited their needs, completely. Helping people achieve their real estate goals is what I do.. Happy Buyers=Happy Realtor... =)
My job is not to sell, push, persuade or tell people what they should purchase. My duty is to assist or help buyers searching for a home. I am the one who completes the paperwork, sets up the home inspection, orders the resale certificates, as-built surveys, writes the addendums/amendments if needed, and I am the "go to" person for all my buyers' questions and concerns. I am here for my buyers from the beginnings of the home search to the closing table, recording, and beyond. Buying a home is a big step in anyone's life.
